What are the shipping delay for your products?

We take 1-2 days to process your order and then in 15 business days you should get the package.

For destocking sales, shipping can take more time.

Do you ship anywhere in the world?

Yes, we do worldwide shipping.

Do you provide tracking of the product?

Yes, you need to wait 3 days after your order confirmation and ask us via email at [email protected]

I don’t have certain articles of my command, what happens?

Our products are shipped separately according to your order. If your command contains, for example, two articles in two different warehouses, you will receive two deliveries. You will receive the rest of the command shortly.

I received a damaged article. What can I do?

We are sorry to hear that. Simply send us a picture of the damaged article in question to the email address: [email protected] and we will send you a similar article of replacement as quickly as possible

I still have not received my command. What is it that takes as much time?
